By using the Foxworth website or services, you agree to these terms. Foxworth platform services are governed by individual service agreements provided during the consultation process.

2. Services

Foxworth provides AI-powered property intelligence services including security monitoring, home automation, and drone security. Services are provided under individual agreements that specify scope, pricing, and terms for each installation.

3. Eligibility

Foxworth services are available to property owners in supported regions. Contact us to confirm availability in your area.

4. Intellectual Property

All Foxworth software, designs, and documentation are proprietary. The platform license is included with your installation and is non-transferable without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Foxworth provides security enhancement but does not guarantee prevention of all security incidents. The platform is a tool that augments property security — it does not replace the need for appropriate insurance and emergency services.

6. Drone Operations

Noctua drone operations are conducted within applicable local regulations. Foxworth handles regulatory compliance during installation. Property owners are responsible for maintaining any required permissions for drone operation on their property.

7. Data Ownership

All data generated by the Foxworth system on your property belongs to you. Foxworth has no access to this data without your explicit authorization. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Málaga, Spain.
